'ARC-Addington' Fund

This aspect of the fund's work has now closed. The information remains here as a record of help given.


The ARC-Addington Fund is still in need of further donations in order to continue helping those affected by the FMD crisis. Match funding from the government has been promised up to 30th September. So far nearly £10 million has been received in donations and match funding and nearly £8 million paid out in aid.


The Fund is now in need of straw and fodder to help those who will have trouble sourcing sufficient for their animals this winter.

The Fund complements the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institute which is restricted to helping with the domestic costs of farmers and farm workers.

The ARC-Addington Fund is administered by 5 trustees. Registered charity number 1085665. Cheques etc should be made out to 'ARC-Addington' and sent to:-
